Mr. Bonan has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1983. From 1983 to 1995, he was practicing in all areas of residential and commercial real estate, working with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, from 1983-l991. From 1992-2007, he was Board Certified in Real Estate by the Florida Bar. Mr. Bonan was Vice President and General Counsel for Fairview South, Inc., a real estate affiliate of the Kiplinger Washington Editors, to whom he also served as General Counsel for real estate matters from 1995-2009. His representation covered all aspects of residential, agricultural and commercial real estate, leasing and land use law. He is a licensed member of Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC.
